updated my personal website. last time i updated it because i was desperately searching for a job, and i hoped that having a website that looked like the face of a solid identity would better my chances. in fact, i was feeling very unstable in the identity department. fresh out of university, i was unsure of where i was headed, who i should be.

but this time i'm more settled. i'm in school yet again, and i have a job, so i know where i'll be for a while. and i know that i want to live a life of learning and playing, whether or not i'm a student.

none of these thoughts have any affect on how my website has changed. i just updated the design of it because i thought i could make it look nicer.

set up my tilde account. i found this club at the perfect time. i'm much more comfortable with the shell and vim and ssh-ing into a server, now that i've learned about it at school. i still don't completely understand how these things work but i might find out in time. i like spaces like these that are inherently connected but slow. sometimes i imagine about alternative online social platforms. i like how this one feels.
